CuNi fittings are alloy fittings composed of copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), and iron (Fe), with the specific material grade being CuNi10Fe1.6Mn. They are also commonly referred to as CuNiFe.
Cuni materials are primarily classified into two types: CuNi90/10 and CuNi70/30. They are resistant to seawater corrosion, and have been used in seawater piping systems for marine engineering projects for approximately 25 years, proving to be a well-established solution.

Our client is a shipyard in Southeast Asia whose new shipbuilding project required German-standard CuNi pipe fittings. Although we had never worked together before, our class society certification and highly competitive pricing ultimately convinced the client to place their trust in us and choose our company. We fulfilled the order by laser-marking the surfaces of the CuNi pipe fittings as requested and shipped the packaged goods on time.
This is an order from a customer for a CuNi10Fe1.6Mn 90-degree elbow with a diameter of 368 mm and a wall thickness of 4 mm. Due to the large outer diameter, the product is prone to cracking during the forming process, resulting in a high scrap rate. We improved the production process and delivered the product on schedule as agreed.t in us and choose our company. We fulfilled the order by laser-marking the surfaces of the CuNi pipe fittings as requested and shipped the packaged goods on time.
The customer was in urgent need of this order and requested a delivery time of two weeks. Since some dimensions of the CuNi90/10 unions and socket fittings were not clearly specified, the customer sent us samples and asked us to manufacture the parts based on them. We created drawings based on the samples and submitted them to the customer for approval. When the customer requested changes, we revised the drawings accordingly. After the final drawings were approved, our workers put in overtime to rush the production of this order and delivered it to the customer on time.
